摘要
针对印尼褐煤高水分(高达50%以上)、高挥发分、低热值的特点和国内外电厂燃用此煤种的零经验,结合国内燃用褐煤普遍采取的两种策略,其中燃用褐煤采用中速磨制粉系统的原煤水分基本都在40%以下,神华国华(印尼)南苏发电有限公司通过对锅炉和制粉系统的科学选型以及燃烧优化调整,成功实现了印尼高水分褐煤在中速磨直吹式制粉系统锅炉上的燃烧应用。
Lignite of Indonesia was one kind of coal with high moisture (over 50% ) , high volatile and low calorie and almost no burning experience of this kind of coal both at home and abroad power plant. Combined with two kinds of strategy for lignite burning in which fueled lignite with moisture fewer than 40% in homeland power plant, type-se-lection of boiler and pulverization system as well as optimization of combustion were tested by Shenhua Guohua ( In-donesia) Nansu Power Co. Ltd. for Indonesia lignite burning in boiler with race pulverization system.
