上海地区犬细小病毒的分离及VP2基因序列分析 被引量:5

摘要 为了解上海地区犬细小病毒流行毒株的情况,本研究使用病毒分离和PCR技术对上海某犬养殖场采集内脏样品进行了形态学、分子病毒学等鉴定。结果显示,病毒能在MDCK细胞上生长,并产生细胞变圆、破碎、脱落等细胞病变;能凝集猪红细胞。用犬细小病毒(Canine parvovirus,CPV)特异性引物对病毒进行PCR扩增,能够扩增出CPV特异性片段,经序列测定分析与GenBank FJ432316相近。本研究对了解和掌握犬细小病毒流行病学及其变异趋势具有重要的作用。 In order to better understand epidemiology of Canine parvovirus(CPV) in Shanghai area, tissue samples were collected from a breeding dog farm for virus isolation and PCR testing. A canine parvovirus isolate was then characterized morphology and molecular virology. The isolate grew in MDCK cells and produced CPE typical of CPV, including swelling, rounding, broken and dropping. The isolate also agglutinated porcine red blood cells. Sequence analysis of the PCR product of VP2 gene showed it was the same as that of GenBank strain FJ432316. This study helped to understanding and mastering dog parvovirus epidemiology, and its variation trend.
