细胞质膜蛋白质组学技术研究进展

摘要 质膜蛋白在细胞生命活动中执行着重要功能。高通量蛋白质组学技术结合生物信息学研究策略的迅速发展,为质膜蛋白的研究提供了新的手段和方法。本文从质膜蛋白的分离和富集、质膜蛋白复合物的分离、质膜蛋白的增溶及质膜蛋白质的生物信息学研究四方面对质膜蛋白质组学研究技术进行了综述。 Plasma membrane protein plays important functions in the cellular life activities. High-throughput proteomics technology combined with the rapid development of bioinformatics research strategy provides new means for the plasma membrane proteins study. This review will introduce the latest progress in enrichment, purification, solubilization of plasma membrane proteins and subsequent bioinformatics analysis of plasma membrane proteomics.
