我国竞技篮球职业化管理模式构建

Construction of the Management Model of Basketball Professionalization in China

从管理学的角度对我国竞技篮球职业化现状进行研究,以我国竞技篮球的管理现状、国外的模式借鉴、市场经济的主导方向和资源配置的中国特色等作为理论基础,运用管理的系统封闭、能级对应、动态发展、效益优先等原则,设计我国竞技篮球职业化管理模式的构建路径:在我国竞技篮球职业化的不同阶段运用不同的管理模式,"社会-政府结合"型是我国竞技篮球职业化近、中期运用的主要模式,职业篮球的市场化特点决定了社会主导型是我国竞技篮球职业化的远景模式。职业篮球的"中国化"和我国竞技篮球的"职业化"是我国竞技篮球职业化管理模式构建的终极目标。

From the perspective of management, this paper studied the present basketball professionalization in China. It de- signed construction methods of basketball professionalization modes like： different administration mode should be applied in different stage. Society - government＂ combined mode, which will be the main form used in the near future, and social domi- nant mode is the further goal of our professionalization development. The ultimate goal is having Chinese professional basket- ball with Chinese characters. This paper has applied some principles like closed system, competence - level management sys- tem, dynamic development and efficient -first etc. with the theoretical base like the present status of basketball administration in China, the reference of the foreign mode, the direction of market - economy and resource allocation specialized in China.
