就战略学视野而言,普通高校武术教育发展应以传承武术文化、弘扬民族精神和贯彻终身武术教育为战略指导思想,以高校武术教学为基础和载体,将武术文化精神蕴含的民族精神、思想道德等武德内容贯穿于武术教学过程始终,培养大学生爱国主义精神和终身武术的习惯和能力。战略发展思路是:以系统论思想把握高校武术教育;把握高校武术教育发展的重心;以统筹兼顾、协调发展为理念,处理高校武术教育发展中的问题。
