摘要
社会资本是直接促进企业转型升级的新型资源,同时内外部社会资本又通过不同的权变因素提高企业的持续创新能力,进而促进企业成功地完成转型升级。
Social capital is a kind of new resource and has a direct positive effect to enterprise transformation; meanwhile internal and external social capital can improve the sustainable innovation ability of enterprises through different contingency factors, which further promote the enterprise transformation.
