New Progress of Insurance Capital Investment under the New Regulation Policy

针对近来保险监管在保险资金运用方面的一些政策变化,特别是对险资进入资本市场投资的若干新政策以及逐步推进的险资投资不动产等问题进行深入分析;针对近来热议的险资投资不动产新规特别是投资保障房的问题,用理论和案例相结合的方式进行详细剖析。认为完善险资运用法律制度,加强资产-负债匹配管理和加强人才建设有助于促进这两个热点问题的合理化发展。

The paper analyzes some important progresses on new regulations which involve insurance capital investing in the stock mar- ket and real estate industry. The paper also analyzes the recent hotly debated issue of insurance capital investing on real property, es- pecially on low -incoming family housing in detail. Effective countermeasures are put forward： perfecting the regulation on utilizing in- surance capital, strengthening asset - liability management and improving talents construction.
