从产腈水合酶纯化的意义,腈水合酶的纯化步骤、策略、纯化产量和倍数以及RhodococcusruberCGMCC3090腈水合酶纯化的应用价值等,综述了腈水合酶纯化方面的研究进展.
It has been surveyed to provide a comprehensive coverage of the purification study of NHases at persent including purification significance of NHase from different microbes, methods and strategies of NHase purification, yield and fold of purification, well as the application values of purification of NHase from Rhodococcus ruber CGMCC3090 strain.
