随着体育教学改革,人们对体育课准备部分有了新的认识,已经认识到准备部分和基本部分一样,其自身同样应该具有教育、教学和教养的因素.从宏观层面上对河南省高校公共体育课准备部分开展的现状进行了调查研究,深入系统地分析了体育课准备部分在开展过程中存在的问题及主要影响因素,并提出了相应的对策,为促进河南省高校公共体育课准备部分的进一步发展提供理论参考.

With the physical education reform, people have a further understanding to the physical education warming-up and realize that the physical education warming-up, just like its basic part, includes education, teaching and upbringing. Makes a research on the warming-up of the public physical education in Henan university of science and technology, makes a systematic analysis on the problems and main influencing factors in the physical education warming-up. Puts forward some corresponding strategies which provide a theoretical reference to the further development of the physical education wanning-up of the public physical education in Henan university of science and technology, to change the traditional teaching methods.
