红景天素抗老化作用的实验研究

STUDY ON THE ANTI-AGING EFFECTS OF RHODOSIN

本实验以体内、外相结合的研究方法,探讨了药用植物红景天提取物—红景天素对体外培养人胚肺二倍体成纤维细胞(2BS)和大鼠肝脏的影响,观察了红景天素对2BS细胞生长和增殖的影响,以及对大鼠肝脏细胞形态和组化改变和肝组织中过氧化脂质(LPO)与肝血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的变化。实验结果是红景天素能促进2BS细胞生长和增殖,降低大鼠肝组织LPO及肝细胞内脂褐素含量及酸性磷酸酶活性(ACPase)。结果证明红景天素有延缓细胞老化抗退变作用。

Rhodosin is a kind of precious herbal medicine in the Changbai Mountains in China. Up to present, the cytological study on Rhodosin was little published in China and abroad. We used diploid fi-broblasts from human embryonic lung and rat liver for studying anti-aging effects of Rhodosin. Having used the method of combination in vitro and in vivo, we observed the effect of Rhodosin on cellular growth and proliferation, cellular and tissue .norphology under general microscopy and histo-chemistry, as well as changes of LPO and SOD in rat liver. The results showed that Rhodosin can promote the growth and proliferation of 2BS cells. It can not only decrease the contents of lipofuscm and activity of ACPase in tissue , but also the activity of SOD. So the experiments provide the information of action and mechanism of Rhodosin and offer the proof in molecular cytology for further exploitation , and application of Rodosin in clinical use.
