摘要
在内电解的基础上 ,对染料废水进行催化氧化处理 ,处理后 ,排放水质达到国家二级排放标准。催化体系的最佳工艺条件为搅拌时间约 4 0 min,H2 O2 的加入量为每 m L废水 0 .0 0 5m L,催化剂的用量为每 m L废水 0 .0 0 5g,p H值 2 .5左右。
The catalytic oxidation treatment of dye wastewater which had been treated by the inside electrolytic method before was studied.The results showed that COD and color degree of the effluent were below the national discharge standard respectively and the optimum conditions of this system were as follows:the agitation and aeration time was 40 minutes,the dosage of hydrogen peroxide was 0 005 mL/mL ,the dosage of carbon catalyst was 0 005 g/mL and pH value was about 2 5.
