摘要
将含环酸酐羟基丙烯酸树脂与固化剂HDI三聚体复配,制备了树脂清漆,研究了HDI三聚体用量、固化时间和环境湿度对清漆固化性能的影响,采用红外光谱对清漆固化前后的结构进行了表征,并对其固化机理进行了探讨。结果表明:当HDI三聚体用量为0.4%,固化时间为180 min,环境相对湿度为(70±2)%以上时,所得漆膜的光泽度96%,柔韧性2 mm,附着力1级,硬度2H,综合性能良好。由于树脂分子结构中含有—OH、—COOH和环酸酐基团,清漆可实现三重固化。
The varnish were prepared by adding HDI tripolymer used as curing agent to hydroxyl acrylate resin with cycloanhydride. The effect of HDI tripolymer amount, curing time and environment humid on the curing properties of the film were investigated. The structure of the varnish before and after curing were characterized by FTIR,and the curing mechanism was discussed. The results showed that when the HDI tripolymer amount was 0.4%,curing time was 180 rain, and environment humid was over( 70 ± 2 )%, the film had good over-all properties as follows: glossiness 96%, flexibility 2 mm, adherence 1 grade and hardness 2H. Because of -OH, -COOH and cycloanhydride group in the molecular structure of the resin, the varnish could realize tertiary curing.
