摘要
从某彩涂机组预处理段的工艺构造、各槽的反应机理方面分析了造成预处理膜重合格率偏低的原因。并通过采取适当的措施,稳定了预处理段的溶液状态,提高了膜重合格率,为稳定彩涂产品的质量提供了保证。
According to the pretreatment process construction and all channels＇ reaction mechanism of one color coating unit, the reasons of the low qualification rate of pretreatment film weight were analyzed. And the appropriate measures were taken, which keep the pretreatment solution state stable and improve the qualification rate of film weight. All of these provide the guarantee of stable product quality.
