天水市六年级学生口腔健康状况调查及病因分析

The oral health survey and etiology analysis of the students in the grade six of the tian shui city

目的:本项目主要是监测1014名本市六年级在校学生的口腔健康状况:包括龋病、牙颌异常,氟牙症及前牙外伤等口腔疾病的流行特征。方法:通过问卷调查了解学生的口腔行为习惯和预防就医意识,从而作出病因分析。结果:调查结果显示:1014名学生DMFT为687,龋均0.68,患龋率36.98%,与第三次全国口腔健康流行病学调查结果相比较,明显高于全国同年龄组的28.9%;窝沟封闭知晓率24.65‰,窝沟封闭率仅为5.9‰;牙周疾病发病率20.90%,低于全国同年龄组的30.97%;氟牙症患病率6.17%;前牙外伤发生率7.85%。结论:此结果反映了天水市六年级学生的口腔健康状况,为今后相应的宣教和制订口腔保健工作规则,提供科学依据。

Objective： The project mainly to monitor the city the sixth grade students oral health status： dental abnormalities,including dental caries,dental fluorosis and traumatic anterior teeth and other oral diseases epidemic characterstics. Methonds：Through the questionnaire survey to understand students＇ oral behavior and prevent medical consciousness,in order to make the cause analysis. Results：The findings show 1014 students and 687 for DMFT, DMFT of 0.68,36.98% caries incidence, and the third national oral health survey results,of the same age group was sighificantly higher than that of 28.9% ;pit and fissure awareness rate of 24.65%o,pit and fissure rate was only 5.9‰;periodontal disease incidence rate of 20.90% ,lower than the same age group 30.97% ;dental fluorosis prevalence rate of 6.17% ;front tooth injury incidence rate of 7.85%. Conclusion：The results reflect the sixth grade students of Tianshui oral health status.for the future of the publicity and the formulation of oral health care work rules,to provide a scientific basis.
