急性心肌梗死患者肌钙蛋白I检测的价值分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的:分析肌钙蛋白(ICTnI)检测对急性心肌梗死的应用价值。方法:采用化学发光免疫系统access2检测肌钙蛋白Ⅰ。结果:肌钙蛋白I检测阳性率高于心肌酶(CK-MB、CK、LDH、GOT)。结论:肌钙蛋白Ⅰ具有高度的特异性和血清肌钙蛋白Ⅰ量与心肌梗死面积呈线性关系(r=0.95)。其高度的敏感性和较长的诊断窗口成为指导心肌梗死诊疗的较好检查。
