摘要
机械设备的故障诊断方法很多,对于旋转机械我们采用基于振动的机械设备故障诊断技术,通过振动监测,采用频谱分析技术可以判断出故障部位和原因。针对现场多级离心式清水泵的振动超标现象,利用恩普特的PDES-E进行状态监测,确定振动机理,并且对故障形成的原因作进一步分析。
The fault diagnosis methods of mechanical equipment are many, we based on the vibration of the mechanical equipment fault diagnosis technology for rotating machinery, through the vibration monitoring, using spectral analysis technology could judge the fault positions and reasons. According to field multistage centrifugal water pump vibration overweight phenomenon, using PDES - E state monitor, determine the vibration mechanism, and the failure reasons of the formation of do further analysis.
