摘要
以长途货车后装仪表GPS设备为案例,从机械稳定性的角度研究,阐述后装设备隔振器机构的原理及其设计过程,并对其安装位置的确定进行简要介绍。实践表明,加装膈振器的自装设备固定装置,能大幅度地衰减仪表振动,提高其抵抗随机振动的能力,为车载后装仪表设备隔振设计提供借鉴。
As a case of after loading instrument GPS of the long-distance lorry, study on mechanical stability. Expound fixed frame of after loading equipment add to isolator mechanism and install position and so on, that can attenuate vibration of the instrument greatly, and improve its resistance ability of random vibration, meanwhile that can provide reference for the vibration isolation design of vehicle after loading instrumentation.
