摘要
经对转杯纺筒纱卷绕密度进行研究,确定影响卷绕密度的因素,分析各个因素与卷绕密度的关系。实际工作中,要尽可能将影响卷绕密度的因素降到最低,从而保证有效改善转杯纺筒纱成型质量,为下游工序提供良好筒纱。
Researched the winding density of rotor, the factors affected the winding density of cheese on rotor are set. In actual work, we should reduce the factors which 'affect the winding density to a low level as far as possible to reach a balance, in this way, the forming quality of rotor cheese can be improved effectively, thus the high-quality cheese can be supplied for the downstream process.
