摘要
利用GT-POWER模拟软件建立发动机工作过程计算模型,通过改变喷油嘴的直径和燃烧室的压缩比,对发动机燃烧室进行优化计算,获取燃烧室关键结构数据。对6135型柴油机进气系统进行改进设计,以改善柴油机的燃烧室性能,提高发动机的整机动力性、环保性和经济性。
An engine working process is simulated using GT--POWER. Some optimization on the ell. combustion chamber is performed and the main parameters of the combustion chamber structure are obtained. Through simulation, we can select the best parameters of 6135 diesel engine combustion chamber to improve design, to improve the engine intake performance, increase engine power unit, environmental protection and economy.
