摘要
针对影响热处理畸变因素采用多因素归纳分析法和热处理前后工序尺寸数据统计比较法,找出了影响热处理畸变的因素和热处理畸变规律。通过采取加严控制热处理工艺参数、减少热处理畸变,并在热处理前调整加工尺寸,补偿热处理畸变等措施,解决了零件的热处理变形;同时对已产生变形的零件,通过设计热校正工装,实施热压力校正,对因畸变而尺寸超差的零件进行纠正。
The multi-factor inductive analysis method on which influence heat treatment distortion and the statistical comparison method by which are compared serial dimensions before and after heat treatment process are used in this article. The muhi-factor influencing on HT distor- tion and its regularities are found out. And strict parameter in heat treatment presses is used to reduce HT distortion, and meanwhile the method of compensating HT distortion through adjusting machining dimension is taken to resolve distortion problem finally. Simultaneously in order to rectify some deformed components and repair faulty parts, hot pressure straightening way should be used by means of designing fixture.
