摘要
针对目前矿山水源井控制存在的问题,提出了一种新的监控方案。以工业PLC为控制器,采集压力、流量、电流与液位等信息,通过识别软件综合判断,以数传电台进行无线传输,对水源井工作状态及故障信息预报。研究表明,设计案可靠性高,对保证矿山供水系统安全具有重要意义。
A new monitoring program is studied in this paper for water well in mine. Industrial PLC controllers is designed for acquisition of pressure, flow, current, and level of information through the comprehensive judgment of the recognition software, wireless data radio transmission, and forecasting of water wells work status and fault information. Studies have shown that the program has high reliability, it is great significance for ensuring the safety of the mine water supply system.
