The Principle of Automatically Adjusting the Air Volume by the Mine Rolling Regulating Windscreen Based on PID Adjustment Technique

在分析现今煤矿生产中存在的风量调节技术缺陷的基础上,提出运用基于PID调节技术的矿用卷帘调节风窗来对井下风量进行自动调节,介绍了风量调节过程中的PID调节技术,并简述了调节风窗对风量的自动调节原理以及该调节技术的优点。

Mine rolling regulating windscreen based on PID adjustment technique is used to automatically adjust the air volume on the basis of air volume control defects of today＇s coal production. Then, this paper introduces PID adjustment technique which is used to automatically adjust the air volume. Also, the principle of automatically adjusting the air volume and the advantages of rolling regulating windscreen are elaborated.
