摘要
针对PID炉温控制系统处于非稳定状态、自整定作用严重滞后的现象,根据控制现场实时情况,采取人为调出内存,结合长期实验结果,直接将内存PID参数进行适度修正,使其控制系统迅速达到现时控制精度。
This article is for PID temperature control system in a non-steady state, self-tuning role seriously lagging behind the phenomenon, according to real-time status of the control site, take artificially bring up the memory, combined with the long-term results of the experiment directly to the memory of PID parameters for moderate correction control system to quickly reach the current control accuracy of the method.
