福州港平潭港区总体规划关键技术

Key technology about master plan of Pingtan port area in Fuzhou port

通过对平潭港区功能定位、吞吐量发展水平预测、起步工程选择等关键技术方案分析,提出在新建港区——平潭港区规划中解决关键问题的新思路和新方法,为类似港口规划工作提供参考。

Based on the analysis of some key technological schemes of Pingtan port area including function orientation, throughput development forecast and selection of initiation project, this paper puts forward new ideas and new methods for solving key problems in the master plan of the newly developed port area, Ping-tan port area, which may serve as reference for the master plan of similar projects.
