活性污泥中高效硝化细菌的分离与初步鉴定 被引量:5

摘要 为了获取污水生物脱氮中的高效硝化细菌,本文利用硝化细菌分离培养基从青岛市某生活污水处理厂活性污泥中分离得到1株以亚硝酸钠为氮源进行好氧硝化作用的细菌,命名为菌株N-2,并对该菌株的基本形态、生理生化性质和硝化能力等进行了研究与初步鉴定。结果表明:菌株N-2革兰氏染色为阴性,呈杆状,菌落为乳白色,初步鉴定该菌株属于硝化杆菌属(Nitrobacter);好氧条件下,菌株N-2在亚硝酸钠初始浓度为1g/L的硝化细菌无机盐基础培养基中培养8d,其最大硝化速率可达到8.7mg/(L.d),表明该菌株具有高效利用亚硝态氮的能力。 In order to obtain the high-efficient nitrobacteria for the bio-denitri{ication, this study isolates a ni- trobacterium from activated sludge of a domestic sewage treatment plant in Qingdao City. The nitrobacterium is named strain N-2, a kind of aerobic nitrification bacterium which takes sodium nitrate as nitrogen source. The strain is gram negative bacterium, rod-shaped and milky white. According to the physiological and biochemical properties, strain N-2 is identified as a member of genus Nitrobacter on the basis of I3ergy's Manual of Systematic Bacteriology. Under aerobic conditions, the initial concentration of sodium nitrite is lg/L in nitrobacteria inorganic salt medium, and 8 days later, the strain can reach its maximum nitrification rate of 8.7 mg ·L1 · d -1.
