Rural Hollowing,Peasants' Shortage and Farmers' Cultivation

农村空心化是我国城镇化和工业化进程中必须面对的复杂问题。本文将农村空心化、农民荒和职业农民培育作为系统逻辑体系,构建了一个全新多维研究框架。农村空心化不但带来了"农民荒"的严重挑战,而且也带来了农业规模化经营历史机遇。鉴于"农民荒"的特殊性和复杂性,在把农民兼业化作为短期有效缓解手段的同时,长期中应积极实施职业农民培育,推进农业规模化经营,提高农业收益,以此化解农业生产接班人危机。

Rural hollowing is a complicated problem that must be confronted by China's urbanization and industrialization.This paper takes rural hollowing,peasants' shortage and farmers' cultivation as the logic system,and constructs a new multidimensional research framework.The study comes to the conclusion that rural hollowing brings about not only the grim challenge such as 'peasants' shortage',but also the historical opportunity for the large-scale agricultural management.In view of the particularity and complexity of 'peasants' shortage',the paper proposes that the realistic short-term way is that peasants take some jobs in industry.In the long term,to defuse the crisis of agricultural production successors,the rational way is to actively implement farmers' cultivation,advance the large-scale agricultural management and increase agricultural income.
