New International Studies on Teacher Education and Development——Based on the Analysis of Teaching and Teacher Education

摘要 《教学与教师教育》杂志(Teaching and Teacher Education)引领教师教育与发展研究的国际前沿。分析了该刊的最新文献,发现该领域的研究动向是:职前教师的知识与能力、培养方式,初任教师的入职指导,在职教师的话语、知识、课堂教学、师生关系、发展路径,共同关注的是韧性、情商等心理素质,研究特点呈多元化。 Teaching and Teacher Education is one of the world -famous journals focusing its studies on teacher education and development, whose papers always talk about the hot issues of this field. Analyzing its newly published papers, the author presents that the international researchers are now studying the pre - service teachers' knowledge, abilities and ways of beingeducated, discussing how to tutor the beginning teachers, and paying attention to the in - service teachers' discourses, knowl- edge, classroom teaching, relationships with their students and professional development. This work also finds they focus on teachers' psychological qualities, such as resilience, emotional intelligence, etc. and their researches are characterized by di- versity.
