From the perspective of development of Helou Dance , it is very closely related to the dance of Yao nationality. However, it is not regarded as the dance of the Yao nationality , it should be taken as the dance affected by the culture of Yao nationality. This article focuses on the discussion and analysis on the relationship between Helou Dance in Yunan region and the culture of the Yao nationality , which can help us to have a better understanding of Helou Dance.
