虚拟学习社区角色及组织结构研究

Research on the Role Structure and Organizational Structure of Virtual Learning Community

以目前较受欢迎的新浪SHOW"天涯PS学堂(图艺)"、水木社区"计算机网络研究论坛"和网上人大"杨老师论坛"三种不同类型组织模式的虚拟学习社区为例,分别从角色类型与职责、角色交互方式与工具两方面,对虚拟学习社区角色结构进行分析。从组织关系内容和组织关系强度两方面,对组织结构做定量和定性分析。最后得出研究结论,并给出虚拟学习社区角色结构和组织结构设计建议。

Tian Ya PS school of the Sina SHOW, the Forum of Computer Network Research of Shui Mu Community and Mr. Yang forum of the online People＇s University of China are very popular virtual learning communities with different organizational mod- els now. Taking them as examples, the research analyzes the role structure of the virtual learning community from the aspects of the role type and responsibility, role interactive mode and tool, and makes quantitative and qualitative analysis of organizational structure from the content and strength of organizational relationship. Then, a conclusion is drawn and some suggestions are put forward for de- signing the role structure and organizational structure of virtual learning community.
