摘要
基于创新生产函数构建产业集聚与研发投入产出模型,运用可行的广义最小二乘法(FGLS)进行实证分析,结果表明:产业集聚对高技术产业的创新产出为正向影响,研发资金投入对高技术专利创新和新产品开发有显著的促进作用,研发人力资本投入对专利创新和新产品开发影响为正但不显著,高技术产业规模的扩大有利于自主创新能力的提升。基于以上分析,我国应进一步加大和优化人力资本和科研投入,提高产业集聚度,扩大产业规模,提升高技术产业的自主创新能力。
Based on the theory of innovation production function, the paper makes an input and output model of industrial agglomeration and R&D, uses the FGLS method to make an empirical analysis and draws the following conclusions: industrial agglomeration has a positive impact on the innovation of high - tech industry, investment in R&D plays a significant role in promoting the development of provincial high - tech innovation, the same as to the investment of human capital, but not remarkably, the enlarge of firm scale will enhance the innovation capability of high - tech. Based on the above analysis, China should further enlarge and optimize human capital and R&D investment, improve industrial concentration degree, expand the industrial scale and improve the innovation ability of high - tech industry.
