手性记忆策略在α-氨基酸不对称烷基化反应中的研究进展

摘要 α-烷基化的手性α-氨基酸在天然产物合成、蛋白质及遗传基因工程研究中具有重要的作用。介绍了采用手性记忆策略不对称合成α-烷基化的α-氨基酸的研究进展。 a-Alkylated a-amino acids play an important role in synthesis of natural products,investigation on protein and gene-engineering. Recent advances on the studies of asymmetric alkylation of a-amino acid by memory of chirality were introduced in this paper.
