我国产业技术创新战略联盟的发展现状及对策

The Development Present Situation and Countermeasure Probing of the Industrial Technology Innovation Strategy Alliance in China

由于产业技术创新战略联盟在推动国家创新能力建设方面发挥的作用越来越明显,因此对联盟目前发展状况及对策的研究为联盟的优化提供了现实依据。文章在总结我国产业技术创新战略联盟发展现状的基础上,探讨了联盟目前在技术、资金、稳定性方面的不足之处,据此提出了促进联盟在运行机制上的改善建议,包括改进联盟的动力机制、组织学习机制、利益机制、沟通协调机制,以运行机制的完善来促进联盟又好又快发展。

The Industrial Technology Innovation Strategy Alliance plays an increasingly important role in promoting the construction of our national innovation ability. For this reason, the research in the developing state and existing problems for the Alliance has important theoretical and practical significance, and it provides a basis for the optimization of the Alliance. Based on the summarization of the Industrial Technology Innovation and Strategic Alliances＇ current situation in our country, this paper discussed its deficiency in technology, capital and stability. Then it reasonably put forward some suggestions on the development of the Alliances, such as driving mechanism, organizational learning mechanism, interest mechanism and communication and coordination mechanism. With the improvement of the operation mechanism, the Alliances will be healthy and efficient.
