摘要
高职院校在科研管理中由于忽视自身的特点,科研工作及科研管理水平与职业教育的整体发展水平不相吻合,制约了高职院校科研工作的快速发展。文章对高职院校科研管理现状进行了初步分析,提出了科研管理应创新管理理念,创新科研管理队伍,树立以人为本、管理服务的理念,并总结了科研管理机制创新的几种途径。
As Higher Vocational Institutes neglect their own characteristics, the research work and scientific management level falls behind their occupation education level, which restricted the rapid development of scientific research work in Higher Vocational Institutes. This paper analyzed the status and put forward that scientific research management should innovate management concept and management team, establish a people - oriented management concept, and summarized some innovation ways of scientific research management mechanism.
