我国产学研发展存在政策不到位、机制不健全以及政府作用发挥不够等问题。这些问题警示地方高校,应提高产学研合作的认识,制定相关政策,加大投入,寻求地方政府支持,主动出击,构建出适应自身发展的产学研合作模式。
