医学科研项目绩效评价指标研究的计量学分析

Metrological Analysis of the Performance Evaluation Indicators of Medical Research Projects

采用文献计量学的方法,从论文数量、研究方法、研究主题三个维度对我国医学科研项目绩效评价指标研究成果进行了统计,并采用内容分析法对现有中医学文献科研项目绩效评价指标进行了深入分析研究,发现该领域的研究成果呈现以下三个特点:①研究成果整体数量较少;②研究方法相对局限;③研究内容单一,以投入产出为主。针对以上特点,提出了相应的研究建议。

Using literature metrology, the paper analyzed the previous researches on Performance evaluation indicators of medical research projects from the perspective of quantity, method, and topics dimensions, and deeply researched the performance evaluation indicators of medical research projects in the existing literature with content analysis. Descriptive statistic and content analysis showed the following three significant features：①the number of researches is much smaller;②Research methods are relatively limited;③Research content is narrow with input-output efficiency evaluation mainly. In view of the above features, the paper put forward some research proposals.
