The government is the important stakeholders of enterprises. Private enterprises, as socio-economic subjects in today＇ s China, it is very necessary to explore the feasibility of government relations management. Government holds a large number of strategic resources, so the paper presented the concept of corporate management about government relations from a strategic management perspective, determined the connotation of enterprise management about government relationship, and then put forward the strategic position in Chinese private enterprises of the Government relations management, and made a discussion on legal feasibility of management policy for Chinese private enterprises to manage government relations.
