醛糖还原酶与氧化应激对糖尿病外周神经病变影响研究进展 被引量:8

摘要 糖尿病外周神经病变(DPN)是糖尿病常见并发症,也是导致糖尿病患者致残、生命质量下降的常见原因,可累及体神经和自主神经,患者临床症状以感觉缺失为主。DPN病因错综复杂,发病机制尚未完全阐明,多认为与神经内膜新陈代谢异常、神经营养缺失及神经血流量减少有关。
