结核分枝杆菌培养阳性患者T-SPOT.TB检测结果分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨结核分枝杆菌(TB)感染T淋巴细胞斑点试验(T-SPOT.TB)检测对活动性结核病的诊断价值。方法使用T-SOPT.TB试剂盒对73例TB培养阳性患者和61例健康者外周血标本进行检测。结果 73例患者外周血中释放γ-干扰素的T淋巴细胞数量平均值为361(中位数为153),61例健康检测结果平均值为21(中位数为11)。结论 T-SPOT.TB检测对活动性结核病具有较高诊断灵敏度和特异度,在疾病诊断方面具有重要临床意义。
