摘要
The Latest developments under the Convention on Biological Diversityare well noteworthy considering their potential significant impacts on the global regimes of trade and intellectual property rights as well as social and economic development at the national level.This paper presents an overview and a brief analysis of the latest developments under CBD in the field of biosafety,accessand benefit sharing of genetic resources and the implementation of the Article 8(j) and related provisions,with the purpose of arousing domestic attention to and interest in these issues.
