摘要
以二乙烯三胺和正溴十二烷为原料,合成了N1-正十二烷基二乙烯三胺衍生物,并用红外光谱与核磁共振氢谱对其结构进行了表征.初步的活性实验结果表明:N1-正十二烷基二乙烯三胺衍生物对苹果腐烂病菌及苹果轮纹病菌均表现出极好的抑制活性,对两种病原真菌的EC50分别为36.15μg/mL和26.22μg/mL.
N1-dodecyl diethylentriamine derivative was synthesized by the reaction of diethylentriamine with 1- bromododecane, and its structure was characterized by using infrared spectrum and 1H-NMR spectroscopy. The preliminary bioassay results showed that the N1-dodecyl diethylentriamine exhibited good fungicidal activity, and the EC50 value of N1-dodecyl diethylentriamine was reached 36. 15 μg/mL and 26. 22 μg/mL against Valsa mall and Physalospora piricola.
