Two Issues in the Study of the Second National Congress of the CPC

中共"二大"研究中有两个问题需要深入探讨:一是党在成立后的两年,是否实现了其战略和策略的第一次转变;二是关于项英中共"二大"代表身份的问题。文章认为,党实现其战略和策略的首次转变应该是在"三大"或"三大"以后,项英是由中共武汉区委选派的中共"二大"代表。

Two major issues in the study of the second national congress of the CPC needs further in- vestigation： one is whether the CPC had achieved its first strategic and tactic shift within the two years af- ter its establishment, the other is about the representative identity of Xiang Ying in the second national congress of the party. It is proposed in this paper that the first strategic and tactic shift occurred in the wake of the third or the third national congress of the party, and that Xiang Ying was a representative to the second national congress of the party sent by the party＇s branch in Wuhan.
