摘要
在 1 0 0 m L混合酒糟培养液中接种优质复合菌种 850 3和 850 5,在接种量为体积浓度1 0 %、温度为 30 .0℃ ,转速为 1 70 r/min的条件下 ,经摇床培养 48h后 ,绝干菌体质量最高可收获 1 .4693g,COD去除率高达 67.74% ,即 COD由发酵前的 32 686mg/L降为发酵后的1 0 544mg/L。
The composite bacteria species 8503 and 8505 were inoculated in 100 mL mixed liquid distiller medium and maximum harvest of dry thallus was 1.4693 g under the following conditions:inoculation size 10%,temperature 30.0℃,rotating speed 170 rpm,shake culture 48 h. The COD content was cut down from 32686 mg/L before fermentation to 10544 mg/L after fermentation. The COD removal efficiency reached up to 67.74%.
