大功率胶带式无级变速器力学模型的建立和调速性能的研究 被引量:4

摘要 对V型橡胶带传动进行了深入的力学分析和几何公式推导,在单轮模型和加压模型的基础上,建立了双轮加压模型,给出了速比、曲轴转速和负载转矩之间的关系。利用所建立的模型,结合胶带式无级变速器的结构参数和安装参数,绘制出了空载下和额定负载下的胶带式无级变速器的调速曲面,进一步研究了空载下和额定负载下的胶带式无级变速器的调速性能。 The mechanics analysis and geometric formula to V type rubber belt is the Theory foundation of mathematical model will be established.On the basis of single pulley model and the pressurized model of rubber belt-type CVT,The pressurized model of double pulley model is established.the relationships of High-power rubber V-Belt CVT's speed ratio、crankshaft speed and load is given.making use of the established model and combining with structure parameters and installation parameters of High-Power Rubber V-Belt CVT,Changing speed curve of Rubber V-belt Continuously Variable Transmission is draw and analyzed,Under no-load and Under rated load,futher,property of ratio changing of High-Power Rubber V-Belt CVT is researched.
