摘要
柔轮作为谐波传动中的关键部件,其疲劳强度大小直接影响谐波传动的承载能力与使用寿命。基于APDL参数化设计语言,建立柔轮接触分析参数化模型,考虑柔轮与波发生器的配合间隙和轴承的间隙,应用有限元方法求解柔轮的应力场。在此基础上,运用正交试验法分析柔轮杯体各结构参数对最大应力的影响,并以柔轮应力最小作为目标函数,采用零阶方法优化最优柔轮杯体参数。
The flexspline,as a critical component of harmonic drive,of which the fatigue strength directly affects the bearing capacity and service life of harmonic drive.Establishes the parameterized model of flexspline contact analysis based on the APDL is established.Considering the gap of bearing and the assembly clearance of the flexspline and wave generator,the stress field of the flexspline is obtained using finite element method.On this basis,orthogonal test is applied to study the impact of the structural parameters on the maximum stress of flexspline cup.Further,an optimization model is built to minimize the maximal stress.Finally,the optimal parameters of flexspline cup are obtained using zero-order method.
