摘要 目的建立枳葛醒酒颗粒的质量标准。方法采用薄层色谱法对枳葛醒酒颗粒中葛花、葛根、枳椇子进行定性鉴别,并采用高效液相色谱法对绿原酸的含量进行测定。色谱柱填充剂:十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶;流动相:乙腈-0.4%磷酸(10∶90);流速:1.0 mL/min;检测波长:327 nm;柱温:20℃。结果薄层色谱分离清晰,阴性无干扰。绿原酸在0.047~0.705μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,r=1。平均加样回收率为97.22%,RSD=2.04%(n=5)。结论该方法专属性强,灵敏度高,重复性好,可用于枳葛解酒颗粒的质量控制。 Objective To establish the quality standard for Zhige Antialcoholism Granule.Methods Pueraria Lobata(Willd.) Ohwi,Flos Puerariae and Hovenia dulcis Thunb in Zhige Antialcoholism Granule were identified by TLC.The content of chlorogenic acid was determined by HPLC with C18 column and mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.4% phosphonic acid(10∶90) under the flow rate of 1.0 mL/min.The column temperature was 20 ℃ and the detection wavelength was 327 nm.Results The TLC spots developed were fairly clear,and the blank test showed no interference.Chlorogenic acid was linear in the range of 0.047-0.705 μg.The average recovery was 97.22% and RSD was 2.04%(n =5).Conclusion The method has good specialization,sensitivity and reproducibility,and can be used for quality control of Zhige Antialcoholism Granule.
