摘要
从外植体的选择、培养基的选择、褐化预防、继代培养、生根培养及炼苗移栽等方面综述了红树莓组织培养技术的研究进展,并分析了红树莓组织培养中存在的问题,为其组织培养技术的研究提供了借鉴。
The research progress of tissue culture of red raspberry, including the effects of explants sources, cul ture medium,the inhibition on browning of explants and methods of rooting and seedling belore transplanting, were reviewed. The problems raised in the tissue culture were analyzed. It provided reference for the tissue cul ture technology research.
