嘉定区高一学生健康素养水平及其影响因素调查

Health Knowledge, Health Attitude s and Associated Risk Factors Survey of Senior High School Students in Jiading, Shanghai

目的了解上海市嘉定区高一学生健康素养水平状况,为有关部门制订针对中学生的健康教育措施提供科学依据。方法采用整群抽样方法,抽取嘉定区4所中学高一年级全体学生进行问卷调查,共调查1348名学生,其中男性643人,女性705人。结果本次研究中,中学生总体健康素养水平为33.7%(454/1348)。学校等级、父亲文化程度、母亲文化程度、学生自己谈恋爱情况与是否具备健康素养存在统计学意义,而学生的性别、年龄与是否具备健康素养无统计学意义。结论普通中学学生、家长文化水平低的学生以及有恋爱情况的学生是健康素养干预的重点人群。

OBJECTIVE Investigate the health knowledge and health attitudes of senior high school grade one students, offer evidence to support the health policy making. METHODS 1 348 grade one senior high school students from four high school in Jiading were selected based on the clustering sampling methods. A questionnaire was distributed to each individuals. 643 male students and 705 male students complete the survey. RESULTS 33.7%（454/1 348） students have higher level health attitude and health knowledge, the type of school, parents education level, and the dating status were associated with outcomes. Gender and age are not associated with health attitude and health knowledge level in our study. CONCLUSION Low level high school students, and those whose parents have lower level education and students who have dating history shuold be the high risk population of low health attitude and knowledge.
