Strengthen the Guidance for Discharged Patients on Nasal Feeding Effects of Family

目的探讨针对需要长期鼻饲的患者在出院前实施鼻饲相关知识指导对家庭鼻饲的影响。方法选取34例鼻饲患者,通过全面、系统的评估,施以个性化的理论及技术指导,并于出院后及时电话回访。结果强化健康指导受到患者及其家属的高度重视和积极配合,在出院前99%的患者家属掌握了鼻饲技巧。34例患者出院后半年有1例误吸,1例脱管,2例便秘。结论强化健康指导对减少家庭鼻饲并发症是非常有必要的。

OBJECTIVE The influence of implementing safety nasal feeding related knowledge guidance for the long-term nasal feeding patients on family nasal feeding. METHOD 34 nasal feeding patients were selected through a comprehensive assessment system and given individual health guidance, would make phone call consultation in time. RESULT Strengthen of health instruction was highly valued and cooperated by the patients as well as the family members. They can possess 99%of the nasal feeding skill before discharged, and only one case for aspiration, one for detached and two for constipation half a year later after discharged. CONCLUSION Strengthen of health instruction is essential for reducing the complication of family nasal feeding.
