摘要
利用高效液相色谱仪 (HPLC) ,将样品中苯并 (a)芘与其他有机物分离 ,并同荧光分光光度计 (RF)的微流动池相联 ,作荧光测定 ,组成了HPLC -RF测定体系 ,进行饮用水检测。该方法相对标准差为 4 5%~ 7 2 % ,回收率为 86 5%~ 93 5% ,检测限为 0 0 0 0 9μg/L。
With high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC), B(a)p in samples was separated from other organic chemicals and was detected by fluorescence detector (RF) and micro pool. The relative standard deviation was 4 5%~7 2%, recovery was 86 5%~93 5%, and detection limit was 0 000 9 μg/L.
