液相色谱法测定烷基酚醚磺酸盐中烷基酚醚的含量

Determination of the content of alkyl phenol ether in alkyl phenol ether sulfonates by HPLC

建立了检测表面活性剂烷基酚醚磺酸盐中未反应烷基酚醚含量的高效液相色谱法.色谱条件为:采用C8色谱柱,以甲醇-水-乙酸铵混合溶液为流动相,柱温35℃,流速1.0 mL/min,检测波长232 nm,进样量20μL.线性方程Y=5 595.3X+7 047.7,线性范围10～300 mg/L,线性相关系数R>0.999,回收率95.8%～98.5%.该方法简单可行,能够准确检测出烷基酚醚磺酸盐中烷基酚醚的含量.

A method was developed for determination of the content of alkyl phenol ether in alkyl phenol ether sulfonates by HPLCo Chromatography separation was carried out on a Kromasil C8 column, mobile phase was a blend solution consists of methanol-water-ammonium acetate, column temperature 35 ℃, flow rate 1.0 mL/min. The detection was carried out at 232 nm of wavelength, the sample injection was 20 μL. The lin- ear equation was Y=5 595.3 X＋7 047.7, the method linear range was 10-300 mg/L,the linearly dependent co- efficient R〉0.999, recovery rate was 95.8% -98.5%. This method was simple and feasible, and can be effec- tively used for the determination of the content of alkyl phenol ether in alkyl phenol ether sulfonates.
